cancellation policy

 
 

If you need to cancel or adjust your booked services, we ask that you give us AT LEAST 48 hours notice. This allows us to fill the appointment time with someone on our cancellation list, and adjust our scheduled days accordingly.

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of their scheduled service. THIS INCLUDES REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF SERVICES (ie: keeping a haircut appointment but cancelling color services)

In the event of a no-call no-show or a cancellation within the 15 minutes prior to your appointment, you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled appointment to the card on file. This fee must be paid in order to rebook your missed appointment.

In the event of a repeated no-call no-show, we will ask that you pay for your next service in advance.
