But if we miss the mark, we won't be offended if you tell us during or even at the end of your appointment! Our goal is that you walk out happy and feeling more confident than when you walked in!

If you do find an issue with the result of your service after leaving, you should still let us know! (We promise, we won’t be offended!) Contact us within 48 hours and we'll do whatever we can to give you our earliest available time to make adjustments, free of charge.

While it is important to call us within 48 hours, in the case that you find you are unhappy more than 5 days after your service, we still ask that you let us know. We'll do our best to appropriately address the issue, whether through a discounted corrective service, or by adjusting services for you for your next visit so that you can be confident in your services moving forward.
